Randy Quinn Grinds His Own Sausage for Med School Meal Prep
Most med students survive on ramen and energy drinks. Randy Quinn has a different approach. On the morning of September 28th he posted two photos that stopped the channel cold: a coil of freshly-stuffed raw sausage snaking across a kitchen counter next to a Hakka food processing stuffer, followed by that same sausage — dozens of links — filling every inch of a pellet smoker grill. "Med school meal prep," was his entire caption.
The group's response was appropriately reverent. "That's 1 big glizzy," mikvelv noted. A few hours later Randy was back with a plate of four finished dogs in varying styles — ketchup, mustard, whole-grain, and cream sauce — held aloft with the smoker visible in the Idaho backyard behind him. He confirmed it was his first dog since the move. From a rented kitchen in a new state, he'd already set up a full sausage-making operation.
