Daniel showed up on the evening of August 3rd with something genuinely different: four hot dogs smeared in a vivid pale-green spread, photographed in front of the oven clock reading 6:59. The topping turned out to be Melissa's homemade seitan — a plant-based creation that looked almost alien next to the usual ketchup-and-mustard crowd.
